MEACHAM PARK/KIRKWOOD COALITION FOR EQUALITY, represented by Charles Runnels, Michelle Binuyo, Harriet Patton and others, met with city related individuals: Art McDonnell, Mike Brown, and Kirkwood Police Department's (KPD's) Chief Plummer, on Friday, 3-19-2010, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Chief Plummer told MEACHAM PARK/KIRKWOOD COALITION FOR EQUALITY they may interact through KPD's Chief Plummer whenever the MEACH PARK/KIRKWOOD COALITION FOR EQUALITY has a concern in the future and this was confirmed by Art McDonnell and Mike Brown. Chief Plummer was emphatic about having no part of a Civilian Review Board for the Kirkwood Police Department since he had three officers downed in the City of Kirkwood interaction with minority communities.

Art McDonnell, Mike Brown, and KPD Chief Plummer will not mediate with MEACHAM PARK/KIRKWOOD COALITION FOR EQUALITY now or in the near future about agenda discussed in this 3-19-20 meeting. The mediation agreement with CFUH* was the only mediation this city team members would consider at this time. (* City Team for a recent mediation agreement was controversially stacked with CFUH, not minority only, members and leadership.)

MEACHAM PARK/KIRKWOOD COALITION FOR EQUALITY has many concerns for the future of Kirkwood Minority Communities accentuated by the continued mediocre professional response of these city related individuals.
